Citylink promo bugThe transit systems in Benewah and Kootenai County are a cooperative agreement between the Coeur d’Alene Tribe, Kootenai County and Kootenai Health in conjunction with local jurisdictions; working together to provide transportation services to Benewah and Kootenai County residents.

Citylink operates four routes, 16 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. The interconnecting network comprises over 150 stops, spread across 200 miles of road, and transports an average of 50,000 passengers per month.

Most Citylink buses are equipped with seating for 33 people and bicycle racks. To accommodate the needs of North Idaho patrons, all buses are fitted with wheelchair lifts.

Kootenai County only:

Due to Construction issues in Hayden, the route will have some minor changes. The stops on Honeysuckle will not be able to be accommodated, we have added an additional stop at Government and Sargents Drive to provide the closest access possible to Walmart at this time.
